OK Environmental, Health, and Safety Audit Privilege Act

The Oklahoma Environmental, Health, and Safety Audit Privilege Act is a new law which allows regulated entities to perform environmental audits to identify violations.  In return, they receive an immunity from penalties and the final audit report is privileged.  The Guidance document provides information on the law
