Non-Road Program

DEQ is seeking projects to reduce nitrogen oxides emissions by repowering or replacing equipment in 4 non-road categories. Equipment potentially eligible are freight switchers; ferries or tugs; airport ground support equipment; and forklifts and port cargo handling equipment. DEQ will use approximately $3,500,000 from the Oklahoma Volkswagen Settlement Trust for this competitive reimbursement program available to government and non-government applicants.
