The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality is seeking responses to a bid solicitation for Scheduled and On-Call Generator Maintenance and Service multi-year contract which is in the attached solicitation.

1. Please read the complete packet before starting the solicitations.
2. All terms and agreements shall not be changed and shall be followed while doing business with the State of Oklahoma.
3. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the email address by 3:00 PM CST on the date of May 15, 2020 .
4. No questions received after the date and time listed above shall be answered.
5. All questions will be answered in writing by an amendment to the solicitation.
6. All solicitations shall be returned by to this office by 3:00 PM CST on the date of May 20, 2020.
7. All solicitations received after the date and time above shall be deemed non-responsive and returned unopened.
