The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) collects personally identifiable data as required for agency programs and for certain professional licensures and certifications.

Personally identifiable data is stored in a variety of ways, both electronic and paper form. DEQ protects all personal information in accordance with State of Oklahoma Information Security policies, procedures, guidelines (as applicable) found at: https://www.ok.gov/cio/documents/InfoSecPPG.pdf

With whom does DEQ share this information?
DEQ limits access to personally identifiable data to the minimum necessary staff. DEQ only shares personally identifiable information with others as required or in accordance with the law.
